My oceanview Studio Condo across from beach sleeps up to four guests. It has two Queen Size Murphy Bed and full size sleeper sofa. It has tiled floors throughout and all new cabinetry. You see blue ocean when you walk in the door.

This four-story resort is in the preferred non-driving beach zone at Mariner's Cove, 3700 South Atlantic Ave. #309. The resort has an elevator, swimming pool, shuffleboard & laundry facilities.

This spacious oceanview studio condominium has sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony with views to the sea. It has a living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a recliner. It has a modern kitchen with a dinette to seat up to six guests. This condo has been totally remodeled in 2005 with all new cabinetry, counters, tiled floors, plus fresh paint and decorating. The kitchen is well stocked with major and small appliances, cookware, and utensils. The bathroom has a separate dressing room area with large closet and vanity. There is plenty of storage room for clothing. This condo is located across from the elevator on the 3rd floor of a four story resort.

The resort is directly across from the beach and ocean front park. The park is in the preferred non-driving beach zone for family safety. The oceanfront park has restrooms, outdoor showers, covered picnic and recreation area, and a life guard on duty. The park has a playground, a basketball court, and two handball courts. You can spend the whole day at the beach and then return to your condo just steps away. If you don't want to walk across the street to the beach, just pack the car with all your beach gear and drive across to the beach with free parking available.

Check-in is at 2:00 P.M. Check-out is 10:00 A.M.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

$150 security deposit required. 12.5% sales and resort tax applies to rent. $50 cleaning fee. Security deposit returned by mail after guest vacates property
