Ideally located in a quiet residential neighborhood in midtown east in the Sutton Place area. Close to subways (3 blocks) and walking distance to major shopping areas, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, etc. The area offers tons of restaurants and shops to make your stay super convenient. The subway station offers, the green (4,5,6) or the Yellow (N, W, R) lines, which can take you anywhere in manhattan in about 5-10 minutes. Times Square is a 5 minute subway ride, the UN is walking distance, and Wall Street, is 10-15 minutes by subway.

Rental Policy

All reservations require a signed lease and a 50% advanced deposit paid via credit card (or paypal) or cash. The remaining 50% and a fully refundable $500 security deposit for damages will be due upon arrival into the apartment paid via credit card or cash. A representative will meet you to hand you the keys and settle up the paper work in person on the day of your arrival. Please contact us 2 days prior to your arrival to let us know what time you will be arriving.

Normal check in times are 4:00PM, check out by 11:00AM

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

4 nights minimum stay. Stays shorter than 4 nights subject to $100 cleaning fee. Rates subject to 5% + $2/day (min $14) NYCHROT Tax.
