This unit normally rents for $1,000 per week (off season) and $1,100 per week (regular season). We are offering it for $99.00 per night plus cleaning with a minimum 3 night stay. Located in Satellite Beach, Florida it is approximately a 1 hour drive to DisneyWorld / Universal Studios in Orlando, 20 minutes to Cape Canaveral and 10 minutes to Melbourne, FL.

The kitchen has granite countertops, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, stove/oven with microwave located above it. Also, fully stocked with kitchen utensils, pots/pans and small appliances too numerous to list. Everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal, except the food.

Bed, bath and kitchen linens are in the unit already (including beach towels). Quality leather furniture in the family room and dining area with table that seats up to six.

Wireless internet surrounding entire building and pool area.

Cable TV with Tv's in Family room & Master Bedroom.

DVD/VHS player in Family room

Laundry Room of every floor

Wonderful restaurants, Starbucks and shopping within minutes. Publix grocery store within walking distance.

Rental Policy
