Property Details

This is a three bedroom beach house in the great community of Ocean Bay Park in Long Island's Fire Island premier vacation area. The house is contemporary styling with a great room with plenty of light and 25 foot vaulted ceilings. Two large California redwood chairs wait for the king and queen to entertain or read a good book. Attached to the great room is a large eat-in kitchen. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom with shower and there is another bathroom with tub for the guests. Each bedroom has new ceiling fans. Large brand new deck (may 2009) and outside shower (2010). There is a new barbecue and patio set. New washing machine and refrigerator. Located on Cayuga St, centered between Flynn's Restaurant and the Fire Island Hotel and the Hurricane Bar and Grill. The ferry is a 10 minute walk to the house. To the east of the house is the private community of Point of Woods and Sunken Forest State Park and to the west is Seaview and Ocean Beach, a town unlike no other. You can take a leisurely walk to any of them down the beach or on the walkways or jump in a water taxi to get anywhere you wish to go.

Rental Policy

Property available from April 27th Through Sept 27 for weekly rentals or From May 18 through Sept 13th as a summer rental. Weekly rentals are from Monday through Sunday noon. Weekly rentals include electric and water. Summer rentals exclude electric and water. Security deposits are 10% of the rental fee. Dogs and Cats are OK.

Arrival Times

Weekly rentals are from Monday noon to Sunday noon. Summer Rentals are from the weekend before Memorial Day to the Weekend after Labor Day. This year May 18th noon to Sept 13 Noon.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Weekly rates are dependent of time of summer. April, Sept, and Oct are the lowest. Memorial Day, Independence Day, ad Labor Day are the highest. Minimum stay is one week.
