This cozy condo is located in sunny Kihei, across the street from Sugar Beach in a small, 10-unit complex. The neighborhood is quiet and serene, and perfect for those who seek a peaceful place to relax after a busy day of activities. Its central location makes it easy to explore some of the best restaurants, shops, golf courses, and beaches Maui has to offer. The property is beautifully landscaped, and outdoor pool meticulously maintained. Guests are welcome to use the poolside BBQ grills, tables, chairs, and lounges. Free off-street parking is available directly behind the complex. While the exterior amenities are sure to please, the interior is just as inviting.
The very first moment you enter this second floor vacation home you will begin to notice the special touches deliberately selected with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. From the cottage-style iron bed to the sleek granite counter tops, you'll recognize instantly you made an excellent choice in affordable accommodations.

UNIT HIGHLIGHTS:
You will soon feel right at home in this unit's understated tropical decor with its distinctive wall art and decorative accessories. The large 10' sliding patio door in the living/dining area provides easy access to the lanai (balcony), and maximizes your view of the Pacific Ocean. The wall-mounted air conditioner with remote control, features a quiet mode which makes it virtually soundless while keeping you cool even on the warmest days. Convenient on-site laundry facilities are also available.
In addition to the unit's many amenities, the friendly, knowledgeable manager/housekeeper and maintenance expert are available to help make your stay as worry-free as possible.

LIVING/DINING:
The combination living/dining room has been furnished with a comfortable loveseat and rocker recliner, drop leaf dining table and chairs, and corner entertainment center which holds a stereo/CD player, a DVD player, and a variety of CDs and DVDs. After a night on the town, you'll be able to come home, relax, and enjoy the wall-mounted LCD cable TV.

LANAI:
One of the best features of this condo is the beautiful ocean view. Take your favorite ice cold beverage out to the lanai and sit comfortably in one of the cushioned wrought iron swivel chairs. The sounds of the ocean, the moderate trade winds, and the warmth of the sun are sure to make you feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

KITCHEN:
The fully furnished kitchen has a full size refrigerator with ice maker, oven with easy-to-clean ceramic cooktop, user friendly built-in microwave, dishwasher, and large sink with disposal. To compliment the larger appliances this functional room also includes a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, slow cooker, popcorn popper, electric mixer, cookbooks, cooking and eating utensils, dishes, glassware, cookware, bakeware, and linens.

BEDROOM:
This restful space features a queen size bed with plush Posturepedic mattress, soft 400 thread count sheets, queen size pillows, wicker nightstands, alarm clock, overhead swing-arm reading lamps, and ceiling fan. Opposite the bed is a writing desk, chair, lamp, and free high-speed internet access. A bookcase stores a variety of reading materials, a DVD player, and a flat panel cable TV.

BATHROOM:
Adjacent to the bedroom is the pretty travertine tiled bathroom. Enjoy the large soaking tub, adjustable showerhead, and oversized bath linens. The shower caddy, large mirrored medicine cabinet, and side table for toiletries/cosmetics are added bonuses.

WALK-IN CLOSET:
No need to worry when it comes to storing clothing once you unpack. The walk-in closet has several shelves, plenty of hangers, and a 4-drawer storage chest. To help make your stay even more enjoyable and convenient, you will find an iron, ironing board, laundry bag, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler.

Rental Policy

1. No pets allowed.
2. No smoking allowed inside the condo.
3. No flames (candles, incense, etc.) inside the condo or on the lanai.
4. Basic rates are for one or two adults. Additional guests: $20/night per person.
5. We do not rent to singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or grandparent.

Arrival Times

Check-in: after 3 p.m. Check-out: before 11 a.m.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates for 12/15/09-12/14/11 - 1-2 adults. 3rd adult/teen $10/night.

Apr. 16-Dec. 14: $105/nt, $95/nt. for 2+ weeks, $85/nt. for 4+ weeks
Dec. 15-Apr. 15: $130/nt., $120/nt. for 2(+) wks., $110/nt. for 4(+) wks.

OTHER: 13.42% state tax, $200 refundable deposit, $85 departure cleaning fee.
Deposit due within 5 business days of booking to reserve. Rental fees due 60 days prior to arrival. When renting within 60 days of arrival, rental fees and deposit are due within 5 business days to reserve. Deposit refunded within 14 days of check-out after inventory & inspection.
Payments accepted: USPS money order, certified bank cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal.

*Optional daily cleaning available for $35/day and must be requested in advance.
