Naomi's Inn is family-owned and we strive to make every guest feel at home. We combine an excellent location, five star accommodations, the pleasure of personal service and a feeling of a home away from home.

Naomi’s Inn was built in 1846 and completely renovated and restored in 2006.


The result is a custom blend of old world charm and 21st century luxury. Naomi’s Inn is the only B&B; with all en-suite baths and accommodations on the first floor.

The individual suites speak to different ages and spots on the globe. Paired with affordability, exceptional service, and convenient highway access, we offer the authentic Inn experience 5 minutes from Amtrak and within walking distance of pubs and restaurants.

Guests may hike, bicycle or jog in the newly renovated Van Horn park up the street. We are within a five minute drive of the Basketball Hall of Fame and downtown Springfield, the Dr. Seuss Memorial, Springfield Armory, Springfield College, AIC, and Elms College. Naomi’s Inn is ten minutes from the Big E and Six Flags, and twenty minutes from Bradley International Airport.

The five-college area of Northampton and Amherst, Hartford and West Hartford are less than a half-hour away. All of our suites distinctively designed and appointed suites (from 450-650 square feet each) offer separate sleeping and sitting areas with central air, private custom tiled baths, WIFI, TV's, breakfast and well-lit off street parking. Although Naomi's Inn is elegantly presented, it is competitively priced, and fully handicapped accessible

Rental Policy

Smoking
Insurance regulations do not permit smoking inside the house. Please use the outside patio area.


Facilities
In addition to your private room, bathroom, and sitting room we encourage you to use the common areas. The laundry room houses the washer, dryer and ironing area. The kitchen is available anytime to bring in takeout meals and to store and reheat leftovers. Each suite is cable, phone, and internet-ready with central air, in-room refrigerator by request and full-service around the clock concierge service.

Food Services
Continental breakfast will be served daily in the kitchen. I leave snacks and coffee out each day on the buffet table. Menus and brochures are available at all times in the mirrored cabinet in the front hall.

Check in time 1:00 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Check out time: 11:00 a.m.
we can certainly make arrangements on a case by case basis – just let me know.


Door Keys
The blue key opens the back door. The red is for your room. The green is for the front door. We suggest you carry your keys at all times as we lock the doors behind us. When you are checking out, please return the keys to the hosts. There is a $20 lost key charge.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your stay at the Inn. Any cancellation within that window result in a charge equal to a 1 night stay. There are no exceptions. Please keep in mind we are a small inn and will hold your reservation until your arrival time.


Gift Certificates
Need a special gift idea for a very special person? Treat them to an intimate getaway for rest and relaxation. You can add a spa treatment or wine and cheese tray in their room.

Gift certificates for a two night weekend stay during January - March will include a complimentary wine and cheese tray or dessert tray for the room. Stays for six nights receive seventh night free.
