Casa Vista Tranquila. Located in A section. This home and area is so unique. Nosara Costa Rica has everything you want in a tropical getaway. Excellent restaurants, grocery stores, surfing lessons, zip lines, waterfalls, kayaking, horseback riding, freshwater and deep sea fishing, bird watching, hiking and more. It’s all about the pura vida lifestyle!
You can walk to Leroy’s River Tours and Beate’s Horseback Riding Tours, they are right at the river mouth or boca as it is called, which is right at the bottom of the hill. From there you can walk in across Rio Nosara at the river mouth to Playa Nosara in the dry season. Walk down the monkey trail at the end of our road to a spectacular lookout point and then on to Playa Pelada and Playa Guiones, the surf beach.

You can also walk to La Luna Restaurant, LaGarta Lodge, Olga’s Bar & Restaurant (which you can also purchase fresh seafood to take home to cook), and Pancho’s Grocery Market and Tavern.
This single family house sits 30 meters above the black sand beach of Playa Nosara, looking down the beach at the Osteonal turtle sanctuary where you can see turtles laying their eggs and baby turtles hatching. The view is also across the most amazing estuary where two rivers (Montana and Nosara) come together and flow into the Pacific. There is no better view anywhere with the constant changing of the estuary, fabulous bird watching and the abundant wildlife. The monkeys walk along the fence and climb the almond trees to pick the almonds right outside windows.
The home is 90 sq. meters with 1 bedroom with queen bed and 2 full baths plus additional outside shower, all with hot water, a double futon in the living area. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook at home. You can also use the BBQ to cook your steaks. We grow our own papayas, lemons, limes and beautiful tropical flowers for you to cut and enjoy. There is wifi internet available for those who bring their own laptop and want to stay connected. The pool is under construction and should be finished in September 2009.
Ideal for couple but will accommodate 4. Nicely decorated, AIR CONDITIONED, very private and secure. We provide a safe box for your valuables. All of the doors and windows have decorative safety bars. You will not want to leave. Please be Cathy Wells and Carl Wells' next satisfied guests.
