Property Details

Lotus Suite at the top floor is a very charming studio of 35m², with a small kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. This studio is perfect for two. The apartment also offers a large terrace where you can enjoy a partial view of the Bosporus entrance over the roofs of Pera or just relax at the open air while the beautiful Saint Antony structure looks upon you.
Lilac, Anemone, Echinops and Periwinkle Suites have all the same features. Each apartment is about 60m², with one bedroom, one bathroom with toilet, a very comfortable living room and a kitchen. As the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed, these apartments can accommodate up to 4 people each.
Cornflower Suite is a duplex. At the ground floor, there is one bedroom, one bathroom with toilet and the living room with kitchen. Downstairs at the basement, there is another bedroom and bath with toilet. This 75m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 people.

Rental Policy

Major credit cards, bank transfer or cash payment accepted. 20% downpayment is required to confirm the reservation, refundable in case of cancellation up to 1 month prior to check-in.

Arrival Times

Check-in from 3 p.m. no restriction on arrival time.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Pls check the rates with management. Deposit is €300. Minimum stay 3 days.
