Mid Season: Mar, Apr, May, June, Sept, Oct
High Season: April (Easter), July, Aug, Oct/Nov (Thanksgiving), Dec 16-Jan 7 (Christmas & New Years)

Fees subject to:
* $85 One-time Cleaning fee (applies to stays less than one week)

* Electric Pool Heat available on request $125/week

* 13% tax


Security/Damage Deposit ($250-500) Required:

- Payable as separate Certified Cheque/Money Order

- Returned within 2 weeks of departure after inspection
