We have 5 tvs with expanded cable, DVD and VCR players, CD player, outdoor grill, washer/dryer and completely furnished for you to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Hospitality tax of 11% due. $250.00 damage & cleaning deposit. $25.00 cleaning inspection will be retained. Linen package available for $125.00.

Rental is Saturday to Saturday, with check out prior to 10:00 AM and check in after 3:00 PM
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Rental rate from $1200 to $3,650.00. In addition, 12% tax collected, and a $425.00 damage/cleaning deposit. Upon departure, you may clean the house yourselves or secure departure cleaning for $150.00. You may bring your own linens or have linens provided for $150.00.
