Rental Policy

Houseworks cost 30,00€, to be paid cash at the entrance.
Cancellation policy: You can delete your booking by writing us the reason why.
The deposit will be given back ONLY if your cancellation e-mail arrives 60 days before the day of the arrival.

Arrival Times

Check-in: 3:30-6:00pm; check-out:8:00-10:00am. Who arrives from 6:00pm to 8:00pm will pay an extra fee (50€). Check inout out of time, if available, are charged with an extra fee of 50€.

Damage Deposit: 150,00€,
