Agave Landings at Ffreyes Beach are new, self-catering one bedroom and two bedroom apartments and a studio cottage that offer fully equipped kitchens and numerous amenities less than 500 feet from one of Antigua's best beaches; all within minutes of a variety of restaurants and the shopping and entertainment facilities of Jolly Harbour and other nearby resorts on Antigua's Southwest Coast.

Nestled on a hillside in the shadow of an old sugar mill, all accommodations offer spectacular views of Ffreyes Beach and the Five Islands chain with St. Kitts & Nevis and Redonda in the distance. Their ideal location allows for easy access to enjoy the fun and excitement of Antigua, while providing a relaxing and private retreat to end your day with beautiful sunsets and star-filled skies.

Amenities include Wi-fi Internet & Cable TV (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax & more) included; a full suite of appliances including a washer & dryer, TV, DVD, stereo with CD player, & dishwasher; fully equipped kitchens with toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, & basic condiments; air conditioning, window screens, ceiling fans & ceramic tile throughout; sheets, towels, beach towels, portable beach chairs, & cooler provided; intercom-controlled entry gate, on-site parking, & fully lighted & fenced complex; spacious floor plans with large private balconies; and maid service every 4 days included with daily service available.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

--All rates are in US Dollars & include all taxes and service fees
--Minimum stay is five nights
--There is a one-time US$30 cleaning fee for stays of less than five nights
--Prices quoted are for standard occupancy (2 people in studio & 1 Bedroom; 4 in 2 bedroom), there is an additional charge of US$25 per day or US$150 per week per person for additional guests
--All rooms are non-smoking & self-catering (there is no room service or restaurant on the premises, but there are many nearby & two only a short walk down the beach)
--All reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation with the balance due ten weeks before check-in. Payment in full is required for all bookings made within 10 weeks of arrival
--Cancellations must be received 10 weeks prior to arrival date for return of the deposit
--Weekly maid service is included (daily or twice weekly service is available at additional cost)
--Room rates are subject to change without notice, but never on a confirmed reservation
