This beautiful holiday home is fully equipped including your private Jacuzzi. It offers luxury, convenience and a touch of an Ancient Egyptian magic transported into tropical setting.

The secure 4 house compound is set in a peaceful oasis right between the most popular places in Samui: Chaweng beach (3km) and Bophut Fisherman's Village (4km). You will find the best beach on the island with its exciting nightlife spots in Chaweng. Bophut boasts many stylish restaurants and a quiet beach with wonderful view of next door island. All 3 of Samui's shopping malls are conveniently within 5 min drive (2km). There are some Thai food stalls/restaurants within the walking distance. The closest 7-eleven 24h convenience store is only 320m away.

Each modern house boasts 170 sqm of living space comprising of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with skylights plus powder room, 2 plant filled atriums, European kitchen with granite bench tops and large living/dinning. Your private 2 person Jacuzzi with the mountain views is located on the main bedroom terrace!

The shared 12 x 6 m salt water pool is set in a beautiful tropical garden. The pool features a waterfall in black stone that is guarded by statues of Sphinx. The under-water Ancient Egyptian Cross of Life - Ankh energizes the water that is meant to bring extra health benefits if not quite an eternal life. Try if that works for you!

Apart from beautiful furniture the villas are equipped with 42" and 32" flat panel LCD TV's, entertainment systems, white goods and everything else to make you feel at home right away.

Extras: Free airport pick-up and send-off (min 1 week stay). Free fruit basket (min 1 week stay) and starter pack including water, milk, coffee, tea on arrival.

Service: Cleaning, linen change every 4 nights. Housekeeping 24h, Travel advise 24h. Manager and staff lives on-site.

Note: Minimum one week rentals in Peak season.
Rates are for up to 4 people (two bedrooms).
3rd bedroom use is $ 20 per night extra.

Rental Policy

Light villa cleaning service, linen change, plants watering every 4 nights,

No pets are permitted. Smoking on the terraces or outside only.

The privacy and tranquility of the villas around must be respected at all times.

A refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your reservation (deposit to be paid via Swift bank transfer to our Thai Bank account). The balance of total rental amount is due on arrival,

Cancellation policy: 60+ days prior to arrival date - 100% refund of deposit less 1,000 THB cancellation fee and bank transfer fees. Less than 60+ days prior to arrival date 0% refund of deposit. The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.

A refundable security deposit for potential breakages is 10,000 THB (US$ 350) and is payable on arrival.
