Located about 3-4 mls away from the larger Full Service town of Tilaran. Fully furnished for longer stays, the inside is about 1000sq ft, outside covered patio is about 800sq ft. Open & Cheery, the Bath is a Walk In type. The 3 bdrms are all about the same size. Big Kitchen, w/Good size Living Area. (one of the bdrms could be turned into an office if the stay is for 6 mos or more.) $50 approx for electric, $20 for phone approx.

Just a really nice place to winter or summer. Great for 1 couple, 2 couples, 2 singles & a couple. Easy for 4 people to live here. Fresh Fruits & Vegis' are plentiful & cheap. Medical Service is less than 25% of the US. Dental, Optical, many services available. Basic cost of living per mo here w/no vices or medical is: $1000-1200 for 2 people.

The wild life is Fabulous! Parrot's, Toucan's, Monkey's, Sloth's, Butterfly's...Giant Lightening Bugs, Nickel size! There is a lot to see or just relax & let it come to you. Painter's & Photographer's Love this place & many live around the Lake.

*The reason this house is inexpensive compared to the others on this site in this location is b/c: It doesn't have a Lake View & it is just a nice little house owned by 2 Seniors who have moved in w/their kids to economize. Pensions are very small here.

**Note: Pro Cardia is not available in Costa Rica & must be brought from your Country. Most everything else is. If you have any med questions I can quickly check w/the Pharmacy.
