This magnificent house features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two wet bars, three fire places, and balconies overlooking water and boat dock, and the front of the house, providing a view of the beautiful neighborhood. The master bedroom features two full bathrooms with a Jacuzzi tub overlooking the water, a bidet, and large picture windows; a king size bed, and large sitting area, also overlooking the wide channel!

Enjoy the downstairs, where there is a wet bar, a great room capable of use as a dance floor, and huge picture windows overlooking the water. The downstairs also features a high-definition plasma TV, pool table, and formal dining area. Adjacent to the great room, there is also a sun room with patios on both sides perfect for a BBQ. Additionally, the house also has available a 60 - foot boat dock that is available for long-term lease.

There are many amenities within walking distance including, restaurants, shopping, the beach, schools, public transportation, and the Bolsa Chica wetlands. Additionally, the house is only minutes from Huntington Beach Pier, downtown Huntington Beach, Long Beach, Belmont Shore, the Queen Mary, Knott's Berry Farm, Disneyland, and other tourist attractions! Furthermore, it is less then 45 minutes away from Los Angeles, 35 minutes from LAX, and 15 minutes from John Wayne, and Long Beach airports.
