Property Description

The apartment is just a couple of minutes from St. Peter's and the Vatican and a short walk to many shopping areas. It is a perfect base for a family wishing to explore the city of Rome.The apartment is in a nice and quiet area.

Property Details

It has two big bedrooms which can accommodate up to 4 people in one and a king size bed in the other. There is a large living room with a dining table and chairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower/bathtube.
We provide bed linen and towels. 2 Bedrooms and studio. Property can sleep 7 KITCHEN :There is a gas cooker and oven. A kettle, crockery and cutlery as well as pots and pans. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Washing Machine
BATHROOM(S)
There is a washbasin, bidet, toilet and bathtube with shower, the bathroom is brand new. You will also find a hairdryer.
The apartment is in a nice and quiet area, surrounded by restaurants, bars , supermarket and shops.
Undergorun is in a 350 meters from our house: Valle Aurelia Station. A station bus is just round the corner : 20 meters from the bulding.There are bus and train connections from the airports to Rome's main train station, you can then take the metro or a bus to get to the property. Otherwise we can arrange a taxi transfer directly to the flat.
Key pick up must be arranged before arrival.Welcome in Rome! Our house is spacious, bright and cosy, being the home of a happy and active family of 6.
We are a small family and we live out side Rome town so we rent this apartment for turist. We are very closed from the Vatican-San Pietro square and Vatican Museum. We have good connections by bus or by foot to many of Rome's most interesting tourist attractions.Our apartment is extremely spacious with elegant furnishings. There is TvSat , fan, towels and soap.Taxes are included in the price. We love and accept animals

The apartment will be cleaned once a week and linen will be changed then for 50,00 euro/week.Price start from 800,00 euro/week all charges included*Prices quoted are per week/max 5 persons and correct at time of publishing. 1 or 2 more persons : + 10%. Please check prices with owner before booking. We can agree on shorter periods with a minimum of 4 nights. We require 30% payment within ten days of booking and the full balance on arrival. Check out is 11 am. Check in from 4 pm.
