Emerald Lodge is situated just two blocks from the Gondola, but if you don’t want to carry your skis, let the ski-valet load your equipment onto the on-demand private winter shuttle and be whisked from front door to Gondola Square. The shuttle will also take you Downtown, to the grocery stores or anywhere else you want to go within the Steamboat City limits. (Winter only)

Our three Bedroom + Den, three Bath condo offers some of the finest, most luxurious accommodations in Steamboat. Professionally decorated and furnished in a welcoming, stylish scheme, you'll find a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, slab granite countertops, quality stainless steel appliances, a four-burner gas cook-top stove and luxurious wood cabinetry.

The spacious living and dining area allows you to relax in comfort whilst warming your toes in front of the feature gas log fireplace after a hard day skiing or hiking. The living area has a 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo with I-Pod dock and we can leave a PS3 or X-Box360 for the kids (or husband!) with advance notice.

Our condo is ideal for families and groups with the added benefit of the den. This room with a twin day-bed and french doors is quiet and private enough to be used as an additional bedroom for 1 or 2, or as the perfect kids playroom or TV room. All the bedrooms and the den have flat screen TVs with integrated DVD players and CD alarm clocks.

The private balcony has views towards the Yampa Valley, comes with a Weber BBQ grill and is sun-drenched - ideal for those spring skiing afternoons and summer evenings.

The condo enjoys a south western aspect giving you wonderfully light and sunny accommodation. The three high-end bathrooms all have tub and/or shower and there is a jetted tub in the master suite. We provide AVEDA bath products, warm bathrobes you can wear to the hotubs and plush towels in all the bathrooms.

Other amenities include complimentary high-speed wireless internet, in-condo washer and dryer, in-room safe, private ski lockers, complimentary ski-valet (winter), air-conditioning (summer) and private heated underground parking.

At 1823 square feet (including balcony) the condo is spacious and has a maximum occupancy of 8 people. If you need more space you can always rent our other identical condo next door or our five bedroom condo just down the hallway.

Emerald Lodge has its own Private Pool and 2 more Hot Tubs all accessed from the same level as our condo. Additionally as part of the Trappeurs Crossing Resort, Emerald Lodge has use of all of the Trappeur’s facilities including Amenity Center with computers and internet access, Fitness Center, 3 Pools, 6 Hot Tubs, Sauna and Day Spa.
