SPACE, LOCATION and LUXURY. Our fine 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom condo at Emerald Lodge, Steamboat's newest and most luxurious accommodation, is the perfect starting point for any Steamboat vacation.

Just two blocks from the Gondola and served by a private winter shuttle, you have everything on your doorstep for a simply great vacation.

Professionally decorated in a welcoming and warm mountain lodge style you'll find a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite breakfast bar ideal for entertaining large groups, quality stainless steel appliances, a four-burner gas cook-top stove and luxurious wood cabinetry. There’s also a granite drinks bar with wine cooler in the dining area and the spacious living area allows your party to relax in comfort whilst the feature gas log fireplace adds ambience.

This exquisite end unit enjoys a light and sunny aspect with views towards the Yampa Valley from the living quarters and sun drenched private balcony. There are also Mountain views from some of the bedrooms giving you the complete package!

Four of the five bedrooms have luxurious en-suite bathrooms with tub and/or shower and a jetted tub in the master bathroom. There is also a fifth bathroom next to the fifth bedroom. We provide luxury bathrobes, plush towels and soft linens and duvets for all the bedrooms and you'll find AVEDA bath products in every bathroom.

Other amenities include complimentary high-speed wireless internet, a 42 inch flat screen TV and DVD in living area as well as a stereo with I-POD dock. All bedrooms also have flat screen TVs with integrated DVD players. There is an in-condo washer and dryer, in-room safe, private ski-lockers, complimentary ski valet (in winter), air-conditioning(in summer) and private heated underground parking. We can also leave an X-Box360 or PS3 to help keep the kids (big or small!) occupied while you relax!

As part of the Trappeurs Crossing Resort, Emerald Lodge has use of all of the Trappeurs facilities including Amenity Center with computers and internet access, Fitness Center, 3 Pools, 6 Hot Tubs, Sauna and Day Spa. Additionally, Emerald Lodge has its own Private Pool and 2 additional Hot Tubs which are accessed from the same level as our condo.

This condo is very spacious with a floor area of 2431 square feet (including balcony) and has a maximum occupancy of 12 people.

Bedroom #3: Queen - ensuite with large shower and double vanity
Bedroom #4: 2 Twins* - ensuite with shower

*Twins can be converted to king bed upon request

(In winter) If you don’t want to walk the two blocks to the Gondola, the on-site ski valet will load your ski/board equipment onto the on-demand private shuttle and whisk you from the front door to Gondola Square. The shuttle will also take you Downtown, to the grocery stores or indeed anywhere within the Steamboat City limits.

All stays of 7 nigths or more come with a complimentary midweek clean and we can also provide a daily maid service on request.
