Amongst the mid-century touches you will find is our retro kitchen which is a replica of the kitchen used in Holly Golightly's (Audrey Hepburn) apartment in the classic film Breakfast at Tiffany's. Located in the heart of the Warm Sands Resort Area and within easy access to downtown and all major attractions, your vacation home features Full Retro Kitchen, Private Patio, Modern Bathroom with glass panel and slate tile walk-in showers and glass vessel sink with stone counter tops, Flat Screen Televisions with DVD/VHS/CD Player, Laundry Facilities, Heated Pool/Spa, and Free Private Parking. Your new vacation home is located in the world famous Warm Sands Resort Area of Palm Springs, California. Made famous in the mid 1900's by Hollywood Movies Stars, Palm Springs was the place Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra, Lucille Ball, and Bob Hope got away to play golf and drink martinis by the pool. Located less than 100 miles (2 hour drive) from Los Angeles, Palm Springs is still home to many stars in the entertainment industry. Local Movie Star Tours will show you where they live. Walk to downtown from your apartment and stroll through the sidewalks gazing at the Walk of Stars to find your favorite idol or shop at the many stores located in the Downtown Village. The mountain views are amazing. Ascend 2.5 miles to a pristine wilderness aboard the World's Largest Rotating Tram Cars and hike for hours amongst nature or enjoy the many other amenities available at the top. Golf, hiking, shopping, and a lively nightlife are but a few of the things to do here.

Less than one mile away is Palm Canyon Dr. (Hwy 111) which is the main road that travels through the entire Coachella Valley with easy access to all major attractions. Other establishments such as grocery store, drug store, convenience store, video rental, liquor store, and much more are conveniently located near by to make your vacation stay as comfortable as at home while getting away from it all.

What to do and Where to go...: Following are just a few of the local visitor attractions which are within easy access from your vacation spot: The Living Desert (our local Zoo and Cactus Garden), El Paseo (our version of Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills), Cabazon Outlet Mall (Designer Discount Shopping), Palm Springs Tram (Ascend 2.5 miles to a pristine wilderness aboard the World's Largest Rotating Tram Cars), Indian Canyons (Hike amongst nature's best creations including indigenous palm trees and beautiful waterfalls), Village Fest (on Thursday nights enjoy the arts and crafts of local artists, local foods, and people watching at our downtown Palm Springs Street Fair), Palm Springs Air Museum & World War II exhibits, Palm Springs Art Museum, Knott's Soak City Water Park, Spa Resort Casino, and much more.

Rental Policy

Tax: All stays less than 29 days are subject to 11.5% city tax.
Check-in: 3:00 p. m. Check-out: Noon.
Method of Payment: Only methods of payment accepted are via VISA or MASTERCARD.
Deposit: A deposit equivalent to one night's payment is due at the time of booking.
Full Payment: Balance of entire stay including $85.00 cleaning fee is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Damage Fee: All tenants are responsible for their conduct and the conduct of their guest (s). Damages to the premises or missing items will be charged to the credit card on file. Please be sure to make a full inspection of the apartment unit upon arrival and report any damages or missing items to management immediately. An inventory report of items expected to be in the apartment is located on top of the microwave for your convenience.
Cleaning Fee: A non-refundable cleaning fee of $85.00 is required with all bookings.
Cancellations: A fee of $75.00 will be charged for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival. Paid Deposit will be charged for cancellations made 14 to 30 days prior to arrival. Only the $85.00 Cleaning Fee will be refunded for reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any part inside the unit. Smoking is permitted in private patios and at the pool/spa area.
