The second floor has a master suite with jacuzzi tub, a second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with another queen size bed, and a den with PC set up for your convenience to use as well as a high quality sofa bed to accommodate more guests. Laundry room is also upstairs.

The house has wireless internet, cable TV and 4 TV sets, free unlimited long distance calls within USA.

The house is situated on top of the hill and overlooks the whole Castro Valley. It does not have any rear neighbors.
