Downtown Kalamazoo is just over a mile away and a city bus line is down the block. The Amtrak train station and regional bus lines are just over a mile from our house. The train can take you to Chicago within 3 hours. Lake Michigan is a 45 minute drive . Most universities and arts are within a 10 minute drive or less. Our neighborhood is quiet with 20th century-unique homes and can be viewed from our covered front porch. A farmer's market and local library are a few blocks away. One car parking is in the back of the house off the street.

Printer, desk and chair is provided with basic office supplies. Land line phone is not available.
Amenities
Master bedroom with new King/latex mattress, master bath and 2nd guest queen/ foam mattress bedroom is on the top floor. Living room with new leather furniture, salon with fold out dining table for eight, new fully equipped gourmet kitchen for cooks, WC and shower, new kitchen eat-in dining room and small study with desk in alcove are on the first floor. Direct TV/DVD is in the master bedroom and living room. A bamboo privacy screened back deck and Foreman BBQ, Egyptian cotton linens, music and books are here for your enjoyment.
For the allergy prone, Dust mite covers are on all pillows and foam mattress. Original 1910 hardwood floors are covered by wool oriental rugs except for nylon rug in master bedroom.

Check in at 4pm, check out at noon.
We require a security deposit at time of reservation and 50% of total payment within 60 days of arrival. The balance of total payment is due 30 days before arrival. The security deposit is $100 for stays of less than 5 days and $200 for stays greater than 5 days. A cleaning fee on all stays of $50 is added to your final balance. We have minimum stay of 2 nights on weekends. High season is from April 1 to Sept 30 and low season is from Oct 1 to March 31.
