The villa - designed in a laid back, upscale Caribbean style - will immediately make you feel at home, at peace, and indulgent, all at the same time. The villa features great windows offering extraordinary views of Charlotte Amalie, its beautiful harbor, and the surrounding hills. This breathtaking one-of-a-kind view also overlooks the grounds, which include a crystal blue pool, tiki bar, Jacuzzi, an outdoor seating area with gazebo, and tropical gardens. The luxuriant landscaping extends down the mountain, enhancing the calm, serene and private atmosphere. Fire up the grill, make sure to bring your sunscreen, and enjoy all that Villa St. Thomas and St. Thomas have to offer!
Rental Policy
$50 processing fee (which covers tenant services and administrative costs);
$50 change fee (for changes in any dates outside of 60 days);
$750 refundable damage security deposit
An 8% Hotel tax will apply to rental total.
Any failure to make a deposit, balance or full payment by required due dates may subject the client's reservation to cancellation without refund.

Check in 3PM, Check out 11AM.

Minimum stay is 7 days, Monthly rentals available, negotiable rates may apply.
Payment is required in full upon booking.
