Property Description

The Four bedroom villa in St.Lucia is ideal for that perfect family vacation. The villa comes with modern facilities and hosts an infinity swimming pool. Horizon line views and on a clear day views of the french island Martinique.

Property Details

The villa has two levels. On the first floor has the livingroom area, dinning room area, laundry room,kitchen, one bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms also has a private patio area for sitting. The main patio and pool area are located on the first floor. A small cottage room is adjacent to the main house and comes with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom . The second floor has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms both with private patio areas. The bedrooms on the second floor comes with twin beds.

Rental Policy

1). We must receive a deposit of 20% to secure your dates and unit. 40% deposit 6 weeks before arrival, and the balance 40% is due upon arrival. We accept (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Once your reservation is made via our secure reservations page or by telephone or fax, you will receive a receipt in 24 hours. You can also pay with cash upon arrival. Money orders can be sent to Gateway Real Estate Ltd.

2) The cancellation fee charged is 25% of payment once made before arrival. Cancellations/early departures done while here are non-refundable.

3) Bookings made for less than 7 days, will require the full payment. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival will require a 60% deposit and balance due upon arrival.

4) Please remember to bring your drivers license if you are hiring a vehicle. There is a fee of $20 U.S for a temporary local license. A receipt will be emailed to you within 24 hours of making reservation.

5) There is a 5% tax charge to be included. Minimum stay is 5 nights.

6) Full amount will be refunded in the event of a hurricane before arrival.

High Season 01/December 09 - 12/May 2010
1 - 4 persons (as a two bedroom) $220 per night.
5-6 persons (three bedrooms) &350 per night.

Low Season 13/May 09 - 30/November 09
1 - 4 persons (as a two bedroom) $200 per night
5-6 persons (three bedroom) $225 per night.
