We are the owners of a beautiful, fully furnished, vacation home with private pool, located just 5 miles to Disneyworld! We also live nearby to maintain our homes to our very high standards, and to be of any assistance to our guests.

Our homes come fully equiped. From cooking utencils, to all the linens and towels.
There is plenty of room to stretch out.
Rental Policy
In consideration of other guests, Absolutely, no pets.
Arrival Times
Check in is at 4pm, and check out at 10am.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Please add on 13% Tourist tax, and $70 Clean Fee. If pool heating is required it is an additional $35 per day. (Not usually required from May to Oct.)
We require a $250 Booking deposit to hold your dates with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If arrival is less than 30 days the full amount is due at booking. We also require a separate refundable $250 Damage deposit, which is held until departure inspection.
Minimum stay is 3 days.
Our cancellation fee is $50 if cancelled more than 30 days. If cancelled less than 30 days, the booking deposit is held.
