Very confortable and nice apartment with broad band internet access with wireless, cable TV in all bedrooms and split air conditioning hot & cold with remote control plus ceiling fan in the whole apartment, phone for local calls & safe box. The living room has two sofas (one sofa bed) and two individuals seat, Stereo with in put for IPOD and other mp3 players. The dining room has a 6 seats table.
There is one suite with a double size bed, 7 doors closet, split air conditioning hot & cold with remote control, ceiling fan, a small covered porch with a small table with 2 chairs, a 29" cable TV, windows are protected against noise.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a 4 doors closet, shoe's closet, a desk with 2 chairs, split air conditioning hot and cold with remote control, ceiling fan, a 29" cable TV, and windows protected against noise. The third bedroom is very small and has a single bed, one door closet, split air conditioning with remote control and a 14" cable TV. There are two more complete bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances & all kitchen utensils. There is automatic hot water in the kitchen and all bathrooms & quality sheets & towels is provided. The apartment has a great frontal view of the park and the mountains and a beautiful lateral beach view. Ther is a door man from 8 am to 8 pm from Monday to Friday. The apartments is located in a safe, alive and friendly area where several foreigners and Brazilian writers & artists live in and where all Ipanema Carnival bands take place.
