Rental Policy

The suite is non smoking.
All rates on are based on 4 person occupancy.
There is a $20 per additional person per night fee.
Children under 16 stay free of charge.
Maximum occupancy is 6 persons.
Pets are considered please call to discuss.
There is a $25 per night fee for a pet and a pet deposit is required.
30% of your rate is required upon booking with the balance due 45 days prior to you stay.
If booked less than 45 days from your stay then the full amount is due upon booking.
If you cancel 45 days or more prior, payments (less 10%) will be refunded.

Arrival Times

Check in 4pm day of arrival 11am check out day of departure. Can be flexible; Just ask.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

There is a 2 night minimum stay during the mid and low season.
There is a 3 night minimum stay during the peak season.
