Casa Jubileo is located in the little community, on the East Cape known as Santa Cruz de los Zacatitos, just outside of San Jose del Cabo on the Sea of Cortez. Enjoy 320 degree ocean/desert/mountain views from this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a pool

Property Details

This Mexican style home was completed in 2006 and accommodates one to six guests comfortably. There are two bedrooms upstairs with comfortable queen beds, sofas,(which can be used as twin beds),closets, separate toilet/sink rooms, and a shared shower. Each of these rooms has a lookout deck. The master suite is downstairs, with a queen bed, opening onto the pergola covered pool deck, and a large master bathroom. The living room features a fireplace and is attached to the large dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped.
PLEASE NOTE; CASA JUBILEO IS COMPLETELY SOLAR POWERED....NO ELECTRIC APPLIANCES PLEASE.
THE POOL LOCATION PREVENTS THE SAFETY OF SMALL CHILDREN.

Rental Policy

There is a 4 night minimum stay. A $300.00 refundable security deposit is required along with a short rental agreement form, and one night's rent. The balance would be due one week prior to arrival. All payable by US check in US dollars or cashier check or money order. Sorry no credit cards
