Rental Policy
All deposits are made by Visa or Master Card. We need an agreement filled out, signed and returned in order to hold your reservations. When we receive this agreement back we will charge your card 50% of the rental fee. If you need to cancel more than 60 days before arrival there is a $100.00 cancellation fee. We will charge the balance due to your card 60 days before your first nights stay. If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before arrival, you will be charged an additional $200.00 cancellation fee ($300.00 total). If you cancel 30 days or less before arrival you will be charged the full rental amount of your stay. After payment in full is charged to your card, we will send you the lock box combination and directions.
