Villa San Pietro is a village close to Pula which is a small town 30Km along the South West coast from Cagliari. The village has 1800 inhabitants and is mostly residential. There are some shops here, enough for daily provisions, and bars, a pub and restaurants/pizzerie. There are many more shops in Pula - about 3km distance and more evening entertainment.
Villa Primavera is located on the outskirts of the village in a quiet and peaceful residential area.
Locally, there are lots of beautiful sandy beaches and idyllic mountains. You can immerse yourself into cultural tourism considering the numerous archeological zones, museums and typical places. "Blue Fan" a popular water centre, is only five minutes away.The beaches are in a beautiful bay at the point of which is the Carthaginian-Roman town of Nora, well worth visiting, and evening concerts are held in the Roman theatre there in the evenings. There is a museum in the village which has many artefacts found at the site in Nora.An open-air cinema is open during the summer months. There are also nightly shows, music and concerts in the various squares a meeting place for tourists and locals alike.There are tourist offices where leaflets detailing local facilities, maps, concerts, festivals and other events can be obtained. European newspapers are available at the various "edicola" (Newsagents). There are three banks with cash machine facilities.Situated approx. 3km from Pula "Is Molas Golf" is an international golf course.Walks: There are many nature trails within national park in the forests and mountains.Following the road to the south there are many sandy beaches including Chia, which is known for its excellent and unspoilt waters and sand dunes. Scuba diving and wind surfing facilities can be found on the beach.Further driving around the coast reveals vistas of unspoilt natural beauty and secluded beaches.From Teulada there is a picturesque route to Santadi and the caves of Is Zuddas. Throughout the summer there are bus tours to different parts of the Island which can be booked through the tourist office.
