The layout of the unit is perfect, opening the door we enter into a cozy living room that is nicely furnished. The living room has an old chimney (non working) that brings a lot of charm to the apartment. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen that was recently renovated. The bathroom features a bathtub. The bedroom spacious for your comfort it is equipped with a queen size bed.


This vacation apartment is perfectly maintained and regularly inspected by our team, so that you will enjoy your staying in Miami. The property manager is on call in order solve any issues you might have while staying with us. Washers and dryers (coins) are available on the premises. The property is wired for free internet access.

Vacationers are not allowed to have any parties or gatherings in our properties.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

The estimate rates provided are weekly for High season and Low season and excludes Premium rates, Mid Season, special events, holidays, and taxes.

High Season Weekly rates: Jan01-Jan31, Feb17–Mar22, Apr01-Apr07, Nov23-Nov30

Mid season Weekly rates: Apr08-May23, May24-May31, July01-Aug31

Low season Weekly rates: Jun01-Jun31, Sep01-Nov23, Dec07-Dec23
