Rental Policy
Four night minimum rental. Reservation requests can be made by email or phone. A deposit equal to two nights lodging is due within 7 days of booking. Final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. A refundable, assuming no damages, security deposit of $1500 is due with your balance. Payment accepted by check, money order, Mastercard or Visa. Prices listed do not includes taxes or cleaning fees.
