BASE RATES are based on a 7 night stay – plus tax, US dollars
Deposit of $400 required within 7 - 10 days for securing reservation.
($1000 for 28+ days reservation)
For less than 7 nights, one time housekeeping fee of $100
Cancellation Policy:
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival. All Payments non-
refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival – 60 days for high season. Cancellation on or after arrival - all funds forfeited.
Discounts of 5%-15% for longer stays & returning guests
