Adjacent to the living to the right is the secluded large master bedroom, with his renovated marble bathroom that includes a shower and a bath. A sliding door opens us directly on the pool deck and provides great views.


To the left we can find the formal dining room followed by the kitchen. Most of ground floor rooms have water views. Bathrooms have just been renovated with marble and granit countertops.


The second floor is composed of 2 bedrooms sharing a beautifull renovated bathroom featuring a bath and a shower. The 2 bedrooms have beautiful wooden floor, the first room is furnished with a queen size bed and the other with with two smaller beds.
