The condominium is situated on the top floor of a two-story overlooking a garden, ocean view and rainforest canyon. Just beyond are the island’s shear lava mountains with waterfalls, & the famous Bali Hai of the movie: “South Pacific”. This is a whale, turtle, dolphin and bird watcher’s paradise. The large 1,200+ condominium feels like home as soon as you walk in the door. No wonder, in Hawaiian this location is called Ali’i Kai – “An Ocean for Royalty”.

Activities found within a ten mile radius or less, are: swimming, kayaking (river and ocean), surfing for all levels, snorkeling/diving (Tunnels is listed as best in the world), hiking (Na Pali Coast), world class restaurants, Heli-tours, entertainment, bird and whale watching, best golf courses in Hawaii, access to Princeville Tennis Courts, horseback riding and beautiful beaches. A short walk to Queen Emma’s bath, a natural lava tidal pool, allows you to relax and swim in sight of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai.
