Property Details

Our building is a Spanish quaint tropical beauty, with a lush serene garden and a private courtyard, sitting on a hill overlooking lively San Diego.

We offer two 1-bedroom condos, the Roadrunner and the Coyote. All our rentals are strictly non-smoking with no pets allowed, in consideration of allergic guests. Free laundry facilities are available on-site as well as free wireless Internet access (WPA-PSK & higher).

Off-street parking spaces are reserved for the Roadrunner and Coyote Condos guests.

The Roadrunner & Coyote Condos (1-Bedroom):
The Roadrunner Condo offers gorgeous views from living room bay window. Both condos have fully equipped kitchens & are accessorized for short and long stays. An extra comfortable queen-size beds with a Simmons Beautyrest mattress in the bedroom will lull you to sleep and a queen-size futon with a Tempur-Pedic mattress in the living room will take care of 2 additional guests. A wide-screen LCD TV and a DVD player will keep you entertained. Relax indoors or eat your meals in the common courtyard surrounded by a lush tropical garden.

Rental Policy

We cannot rent to guests under 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

Minimum Stay: 3 night

Non-refundable cleaning fee of $75

Deposits: we request a 50% deposit to secure the reservation. The remainder is due upon arrival.


Cancellation Policy: A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
