Noted for its California Gold Rush architecture, Casa del Mar has over 100 privately owned condominium units, each with its own unique decor. All units have complete kitchens. Many of the two bedroom, two bath units have either private patio or screened porch, individually controlled air conditioning, cable television and your own private washer and dryer. To protect your valuables each unit is equipped with it's own safe. A one-week minimum rental is required.

A deposit of one half of total rent is required with reservation and the balance is due on arrival.
Our cancellation policy is a 30 days written notice prior to the reservation date in order to receive a refund.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Extra days are based on 1/7 weekly rate.
Taxes will be added to above rates.
