1 mile from Heavenly/Casinos/Beach. We are a private road in the forest on a large lot with LOTS of activities for your group. HOT TUB,POOL TBL,PING PONG,DARTS,64"TV,and GAMES. OUr home is fully stocked from the kitchen to bedrooms and bathrooms.

Do You Want the Most for Your Money?
We have a very large hot tub fits 6-8 people while the snow descends. You can warm up in the family room around the pellet stove (pellets included) and the 64” big screen TV while checking your emails (high speed internet). Pool table, Foos ball, Ping Pong and darts in the enclosed porch and Tv's with upgraded cable and DVD/VCR combos in 3 rooms. We provide you with games, linens, and paper products, just bring your clothes and food! Our home also sleeps up to 12 people comfortably.

Stay Where all the Best Families Do
Nicely furnished rancher in a private, family oriented neighborhood. There are very few homes on our street. Views of the National Forest from the front and back of the home. We are situated on ¼ acre lot.

Do You Want to Be Skiing in 5 minutes or Mountain Biking in 30 seconds?
Our private and cozy home is 1 mile from the casinos and 1.5 miles to Heavenly Ski Resort with a shuttle nearby and 1 mile to the Beach. Hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing are just steps away from the front door.

Don't Know the Area and Want Everything Close to You?
Our home is 1 mile from the Lake for fishing, waterskiing and swimming. The rapidly developing downtown area is only 1 mile away. Gourmet restaurants are just a hop and a skip. The close proximity to all areas makes this a destination for all seasons.

Afraid to Rent From Someone You Don't Know?
We have rented out our home in the past to groups of 2-12. We have local arrangements with all vendors that take great care of our home. We have many return guests every year.
