Rocky Bottom Cabin sets all by itself on 28 acres of secluded ground in the Blue Ridge Mountains of northern Rutherford County, North Carolina.

The Cabin is nestled amid forest and meadows, on a bubbling creek just off the front porch and shaded pond and floating dock next to the creek and is the perfect getaway destination.

This very private, elegantly furnished and decorated cabin that is designed for two, has all the expected amenities and more, and is available by the day, week, weekend or month for your private and relaxing getaway.

Your hosts, Gail and Bob Singer, are happy to assist you with any special requests or arrangements for that important occasion - anniversary, birthday, honeymoon or romantic getaway that may occur during your stay.

Our lovely cabin amenities include:

A covered post and beam front porch, large rear multilevel deck, English stained glass doors and windows, oak hardwood and heart pine floors, a Victorian claw foot soaking tub,

the ultimate in bedding with a foam, pillow top mattress in a beautiful queen sleigh bed, two free standing porcelain gas log fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen,

a full bath and an invigorating outdoor shower, linens and towels, fruit and cereals, central air conditioning, a stainless steel outdoor gas grill, telephone,

satellite television, a stereo and CD sound system, a library of words and music, rocking chairs, cedar deck chairs, bicycle built for two and a cozy swing.

A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you expect ... dishwasher, stovetop burner set, BBQ, full size stove down stairs, fridge,

microwave, toaster oven, all utensils and pots, pans, dishes, and paper products are furnished for you ... just bring your clothes and food!


The Pond has a large floating dock with a comfortable cedar love seat for your enjoyment.



We are a motorcycle friendly establishment and supply cleaning equipment, cleaning materials and locked storage during your stay at no extra cost.

Our pricing includes at no extra charge:


All towels and linens, breakfast foods (eggs, bacon, pancake mix - enough for your first two mornings), cereals, fruits, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water, mixers, milk and cookies, chocolates and soft drinks.

And


A fresh baked loaf of warm home-made bread hand delivered upon your arrival.


Pets are allowed on a case by case basis -- please call with your request.
Please feel free to smoke on the front porch and rear deck areas.


Deposits
A prepayment of 50% is due within 7 days after reservations are made.
The remaining 50% is due 21 days before arrival.



Cancellation & Return Policy
Check in after 3 p.m. and before 7 p.m. / Check out is requested by noon - but we are flexible, call with your request.

Deposits are cheerfully refunded when cancellation notice is 30 days prior to your arrival date..


Fees & Taxes
A one time cleaning fee of $50.00.

Taxes - 6.75% to the state, and 5% to the county - 11.75% total
