Rental Policy

Deposit Policy
One nights lodging or $500.00. Deposit is due within 2 days of booking date. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If any of the deposits or payments are not received by the due dates, this reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions stated.
Cancellation Policy
Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrival or early departures. All cancellations must be in writing and have been issued a cancellation number.

In the event a cancellation becomes necessary 30 days or more prior to arrival (60 days Holiday Season) a fee or two nights lodging will be charged. IF YOUR RESERVATION IS CANCELED LESS THAN 30 DAYS (60 Holiday Season) ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE FORFEITED.
