Located in the Sherman-Grant historic district, this quaint Victorian condo is ideal for visiting downtown Denver. Just a short walk (2.5 blocks) to the Capital building and 16th Street Mall (4 blocks) puts you in the middle of downtown. Less than 3 miles from any of Denver's sporting venue's (see list below). Bus service picks up 1 block from the condo with connections to everywhere. There are tons of fabulous restaurants all within walking distance.

The home is furnished with all linens, towels and paper products. The kitchen is splashed with color and equipped with a convection microwave, Starbucks coffee maker, dishwasher, blender, food chopper and all needed dinnerware. In the bedroom is a queen Therapedic Visco mattress by Sealy (very comfortable). The floor plan is open and flowing through the 920 square feet. Hardwood floors through out and slate flooring in the bathroom. This home is clean, quiet and perfect for enjoying all of Denver's amenities.

Rental Policy

Deposit Policy
One nights lodging or $500.00. Deposit is due within 2 days of booking date. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If any of the deposits or payments are not received by the due dates, this reservation will be considered canceled under the terms and conditions stated.
Cancellation Policy
Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrival or early departures. All cancellations must be in writing and have been issued a cancellation number.

In the event a cancellation becomes necessary 30 days or more prior to arrival (60 days Holiday Season) a fee or two nights lodging will be charged. IF YOUR RESERVATION IS CANCELED LESS THAN 30 DAYS (60 Holiday Season) ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE FORFEITED.

Check in is at 4pm unless pre approved for a different time. Check out is at 10am unless pre approved for a different time.
