Baan Glai Faa comprises two villas of almost identical design, perched on Bophut Hill, with panoramic views across 180 degrees of Koh Samui, and islands beyond. Watch the sun rise up over the sea beyond Chaweng in the east, and set over the expansive sea views over Bophut bay and Koh Phangan. The two villas are positioned to ensure mutual privacy, and maximize the spectacular views.

Each villa features an impressive swimming pool with 2 infinity edges that blend into the views from the hilltop hideaway. Adjacent to the pools are decks with sun-loungers and parasols, and the quintessential Thai sala pavilion for relaxing under cover in the shade. The pool deck is fenced with laminated glass, making the area relatively child-safe, and maintaining the views.

The villas each have 3 en-suite double bedrooms that open onto large open-plan living rooms. All of the bedrooms feature King-size beds, built-in wardrobes, polished hardwood floors, black-out Roman blinds, ceiling fans, and air-conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have double sliding glass doors that open onto the pool deck, and the third opens onto the living room. Two of the en-suite bedrooms have rain-showers, while the third features a terrazzo tub with rain-shower.

The living rooms feature glass walls with seamless corner, and 2 sets of double glass doors that lead onto the pool deck, creating a sense of indoor-outdoor living, and inviting the stunning views and refreshing breezes into the house. The split-level living rooms have a lounge area with a sofa, and arm chairs arranged around a coffee table, and a day-bed facing the views. Satellite TV, DVD, stereo, and WiFi broadband internet are provided for entertainment. At the upper level of the living room, a large fitted kitchen is fully equipped and accessorized. The staff will prepare breakfast, and additional meals can be catered to for a nominal fee. An island breakfast bar with bar-stools separates the kitchen from the lounge area.

The lush landscaped garden is well-established with an exotic array of tropical plants and shrubs, and has meandering pathways, and a waterfall feature. The two villas have separate entrances from a parking bay.


Location

The villa is located on a hillside, about 10 minutes drive from Chaweng, 5 minutes from Bophut Fisherman's village, with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 20 minutes drive away.

- 50 % deposit 30 days prior to arrival
- 100% paid 7 days prior.
- Cancellation less than 7 days incurs full charge

- Rates are inclusive of continental breakfast, and exclusive of 10% service and airport transfers, which are charged at $25 USD per trip.

- Minimum stay of 3 nights, except for Xmas/NY, minimum of 14 nights.

- Daily maid service includes cleaning, dish washing, and laundry. Linen is changed every 3 days, and towels are replaced as needed.
