Villa Mandarinas is a brand new (2008) luxury villa and estate located in Mismaloya, Mexico on the shore side cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Property Details

Villa Mandarinas has 15,000 square feet of interior and exterior living space and seven bedrooms accommodating up to 14 people comfortably and up to 16 if there are children. The home features a state of the art gym, games rooms, loads of outdoor entertaining space, private beach access an infinity pool and panoramic views from almost every room in the house. Staffed by eight full time staff including a personal chef you are guaranteed to be pampered during your stay at this luxury location.

Each of the seven master bedrooms has a spectacular view of the bay with individual private terraces shaded by bamboo which gracefully compliments the colors of the estate. The unique features of each master bathroom speak to the creativity and artistic inspiration of Villa Mandarina's designers. In one bedroom a half ton sink has been carved from a volcanic boulder so massive that the piece was installed and the room was built around it. Two of the master bathrooms share a single monolithic boulder stretching through two floors to bind the rooms with the natural elements of the land. In another master bathroom, a custom window offers a graceful curve of etched glass that accents the view of Los Arcos across the bay.

Amenities & Activites

Villa Mandarinas has its own fitness centre complete with an elliptical trainer, treadmill, hand weights, workout bench and exercise mats. It also comes with an infinity pool and Palapa, with a bar, brick oven, a six person outdoor Jacuzzi and an outside eating area. The lawn features a fire pit and private beach access and the man made beach has Palapa umbrellas, a private pier and a saltwater pool. The home also comes with a large open play room on the lower level with a billiards table and complete bar and lounge area with a screen for cinema viewing. If you feel the need to actually leave Mandarinas Villa, Puerto Vallarta is close by and offers activities such as international and local fine dining, luxury resorts, exclusive golf courses, horseback riding, nature and cultural activities', white sand beaches, shopping, diving, and an array of other water-sport activities to name just a few.

Rental Policy

Please note that there is a minimum stay of 5 nights Maximum occupancy is 14 adults or 16 including children Deposits: 50% at booking and 50% 30 day prior to arrival.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Cancellation: Excepting the security deposit, all deposits non- refundable except to the extent that Owner receives rental from a replacement guest during the applicable period. All food and beverage and long distance phone service are billed and deducted from the security deposit. All outside activities and vendors are to be paid upon the providing of those activities services. The rate includes use of the house and its services, the staff, Shopping services. All other third party items (food, beverage, massage, phone, gas for autos, dry-cleaning, etc.) are charged at cost + 10%. This rate is subject to change without notice.
Total number of overnight guests allowed:
• 14 adults (over 18 years old) and no more than 16 guests including children
• All outside guests must be approved by the Resident Manager for day visits.
*A fee will be established for outside guest on day visits.
