This spectacular villa combines Thai design with Modern. It occupies one of the top sites in Samui, with fabulous views of the Gulf, Koh Phangan, and Chaweng. A 125 meter roof deck, with an Ayutthaya style gazebo/sala really completes this home.

Villa Lomchoy, located on a hilltop near the Royal Samui Golf and Country Club, has been uniquely designed to offer magnificent views of neighboring Chaweng, and the sea, and to take full advantage of the cooling sea breezes. From the rooms of this charming villa, the upper terrace, and the 125 sq. mt. roof deck, the views offer a gorgeous panorama of the ever changing colors of the Gulf of Thailand, Koh Phangan, and the entire Northeastern section of Koh Samui. Sit on the terrace, or by the pool, and enjoy watching the planes taking off and landing at the distant Samui Airport.

On the first level, adjacent to the pool, is an outstanding European style kitchen, equipped with a German stove, granite counters, hardwood cabinets, and a large, side by side refrigerator. There is a dining area, with a seaview. In addition there is a second bedroom, which doubles as an office, and an in-suite bathroom, also with an excellent seaview.

On the second level is a large living room, and a large bathroom, and a room the same size next door is the master bedroom and bathroom. Both of these rooms are done with sliding glass doors in the front, as each entire room looks out onto the Gulf of Thailand. In front of these room is a huge terrace, with breathtaking views. Since this house is the highest home on the hilltop, the air circulation is amazing, and the home remains cool most of the time. There are large, super-efficient, and very quiet AC units in both rooms upstairs. Both of the bathrooms are very large, and the master bath features granite boulders from the hillsides, incorporated into the design, a bathtub, and his and her wardrobe closets.

This is a stunning home, with a mixture of traditional Thai design, and modern architecture and amenities. The entire rooftop features breathtaking views of the Gulf, and Chaweng, and an Ayutthaya style sala, which provides a great deal of shade, comfort, and is gorgeous. The roof also features a BBQ, Shun Thai lounge furniture, a dining area, etc.

This villa is furnished throughout with hardwood furniture, hand-crafted Apina furnishings, and very high quality sofas and accessories. The beds feature a top end Dunlopillow latex mattress, and a Sealy Posturepedic. Both mattresses are nearly new, and very comfortable. The floors are all marble or hardwood. The villa contains a 1,000,000 baht art collection. The living room features an exceptional home theatre, with a 46” Sony Bravia W series LCD TV, and high end front, surround, & rear speakers, and an exceptional subwoofer. The bedroom features another Sony Bravia 46” LCD TV” and DVD player. The home is equipped with UBC, the local satellite service. 24/7, high speed wireless internet is complimentary.

This hilltop villa shares a beautifully designed, semi-private pool with the villa next door. The pool feels as if it is located in the sky, since the horizon meets the sea, when you are swimming. It is a beautifully designed pool, and is well equipped with lounge chairs, umbrella, etc.
The pool looks out onto Chaweng Bay.

Villa Lomchoy offers a very romantic setting, and is exceptionally private. It is ideal for one or two couples, or a small family, but will sleep up to six, with a great deal of privacy, by using a large (approximately 2.50 meters by 1.90), comfortable, inflatable mattress in the living room, upstairs. This room has a full, in-suite bathroom.

The grounds are lushly landscaped, and dotted with thai style gazebos and salas. This villa offers an unusual degree of quiet, tranquility, and peace. It’s setting, view, design and facilities are sure to bring you a feeling of great harmony, and relaxation. There is also a smaller, one bedroom villa (Villa Malee) available next door, for larger families or groups.

This villa is located on top of one of the best hills in Samui, in terms of convenience and the views. We are on the way to the Royal Samui Golf and Country Club. It is five minutes from the property. Also, since we are facing east, toward the Gulf, the location stays cool most of the time, and is blessed with fresh sea breezes most of the time. This setting is very quiet, and peaceful. It is a romantic setting, and is very private. If you want to be in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle, than this is more than likely not the place for you. But, on the other hand if you want privacy, and a harmonious atmosphere, that is minutes to both Chaweng and Lamai, then you will enjoy this location immensely. We are right in the middle of both towns, about 4 kilometers to either. There are many great restaurants on the Ring Road, just three to five minutes from villa. Also, we have gourmet food delivery service available, at very reasonable prices.


Daily maid service is included. Complimentary pick up and drop off at the Samui Airport. Excellent food delivery service, and laundry service are available. A cell phone will be provided on request, with an active, local SIM card. All you need to do is buy a calling card here locally.

2pm. We can make accomodations for early arrivals if the villa is not occupied the day before. Please inquire.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

6 nights minimum in low season, 6 nights in high, and 8 nights minimum during peak season. Peak season rates are $350.00 daily, or $2,100.00 weekly. Please inquire for additional price breaks on rentals of 14 days or longer, for any season. 25% deposit paid to secure reservation.
