Gonzalez Convention Center.

The house is a two-story craftsman-style home that was built in 1912. It features hardwood floors throughout and gorgeous longleaf pine trim.

The rental room is downstairs, and the owners occupy the upper floor. Rent includes full use of the kitchen.

Rental Policy

we request a 50% deposit at time of booking. The deposit is refundable up to 2 weeks before the booked date(s).

Well-behaved children are welcome.

Rates are slightly higher at peak demand times such as Fiesta and the Final Four playoffs.

We do not have a minimum stay, but we think you'll want to stay more than one night!
