This vacation rental is ready for immediate move in. All you will need is your clothes. The master suite offers a kingsize bed, with additional two bedrooms having 2 twins and a full. The family and breakfast nook overlook the water and you will have a personal dock for fishing, reading, or enjoying the wildlife of Florida.
Astor is conveniently located to ensure you will have plenty to do: 30 minutes from racing, bikeweek, or the beauty of Daytona Beach, 30 minutes from the concert series and fun of Silver Springs or the theatrical performances of Stetson University, 60 minutes from all the attractions of Orlando, and 90 minutes from the next space shuttle launch or the from the oldest city "St Augustine". Everyday can be a new adventure.
Astor also offers several 72 degree year-round springs, accessible by boat or car. Some are winter homes to the gentle Manatee.
A boatlift is available if you would like to bring your own boat. Astor is known as the Bass Capital!!!!!

Rental Policy

This rental is available only from September-April. Minimum of 2 months, no short term leases.
Rental agreement required. References required.

Full lawn maintenance(We want you to have fun...not work in the yard)
TV- local channels
Boatlift use
First and last month's rent required up front plus a refundable $1000 security deposit.
