Atlantic Villas provides a community room (available upon request) for gatherings or parties, parking garage beneath the building, exercise/workout room, and a beautiful heated outdoor pool and spa overlooking the ocean. There are outside bathroom facilities near the pool for your convenience.

Many restaurants are nearby, some within walking distance. We leave a list of our favorites!! Historic Flagler Avenue is just blocks away with it's quaint shops, galleries, and coffee cafes. New Smyrna Beach offers white sandy beaches and plenty of outdoor activities. Bike rentals, 4 wheelers, boating, kayaking, and fishing excursions are only a few. New Smyrna was named as one of the "America's Top Small Cities for The Arts", and is active year round with plenty of art festivals, gallery openings, and live music and performances. Because it is centrally located, Orlando theme- parks, Daytona Beach, as well as, Kennedy Space Center are just a short drive away.

This Atlantic Villas condo offers an intimate feel with all the modern conveniences. There are only 19 units in this complex. So whether it's a kayaking adventure or sunset cruise down the Intracoastal Waterway, plan to spend your next vacation here, in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

$2,400 week.......$5,500/month
Sept.- February
$2,100 week.......$4,300/month
Holiday rate is $3,400/week

A Florida State tax of 6.5% as well as a County Tourism Tax of 6% will be added (total 12.5%) to weekly/monthly rates and cleaning fee.

$800 Security deposit to reserve dates. No refunds for damages or cancellations less than 60 days before arrival date.

Full payment must be received three weeks prior to arrival or there is no guarantee the unit will be available.
