The living and master bedroom open up to ocean front verandas where you can relax and take in the breathtaking sunrises. The dining area has another veranda that looks out over a lagoon.

All these rooms, with panoramic views on the beach of Praia dos Lagos in Arembepe, have the finest quality furnishings including many rustic wooden pieces from Africa, the United States, and Bali. You can swim in the pristine aqua waters of the Atlantic or in your private pool, or take a boat trip on the lagoon at the back of the house from your own docking station. This is truly the jewel of summer land!

Rental Policy

A few things to remember when renting a house:
* we can request a discount from the owner for extended stays. Often, a conversation in an agreeable manner can bring a result.
* a cleaning fee is required to put the house back in order (laundry, thorough cleaning for the next guest, etc.) Usually about R$45.
* you will receive a bill for water and electric. It makes you more careful, as if it were your own home.
* arrangements for a guide, transportation or grocery service are available and prices vary.
* a cooking service and/or maid service can be arranged - the prices varying with the number of guests.
* a security deposit is required and barring anything unforeseen, is returned when leaving.
