Property Description

Beautiful brand new Dream House in a nice neighborhood of the Ensenada Hills with a view of the ocean, city and port. Located only five blocks from the beach and two miles from downtown.

The house has three bedrooms with balcons and a a studio with a futon.
Modern and fully equipped kitchen with all the utencils and appliances for cooking.
There is large terrace on the upper floor with a gas barbecue grill where you can enjoy the ocean and city view as well as the ships coming in and out the port, day and night.
TV, DVD player and Stereo system for your enterteinment
The propperty is secured by an alarm system and a "panic button" hooked to the police for your safety 24-7. Land phone available.
There is plenty of parking inside the propperty secured with locked fence and walls.
There are groceries stores, gas station, farmacies and an AM PM store at the bottom of the hill.
This is the most beautiful and closest to downtown vacation rental in the city.
Everything is near you and yet you have privacy, confort and security to make your stay very pleasant.
Its only a five minutes drive to where all of the action is day and night with lots of shop, theatres, restaurants and night clubs.
There is also taxy services with bilingual drivers available to your doorsteps.
We can provide airport pick up from the San Diego and Tijuana airport and a tourist guide upon request in advance.

Rental Policy

Need to reserve and sign a "rental agreement" in advance. To be able to rent you need to be 21 or over with proff of ID.
Cashier's checks, electronic trasnffers or deposit to Bank of America, Credit Card, PayPal are accepted.

12:00 p.m. check in and out

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Friday - Sunday $200.00 x night, Monday - Thursday $150.00 x night Minimun 2 nights + 50.00 cleaning fees and a $200.00 dollars deposit refunded after inspection of the propperty and phone bill review.
