Our main house,Casa Luna,to the left of the Club House as you face the beach and the pool,is a single level,luxurious custom home with 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master suite has a queen bed,fireplace (please use man-made logs only),a private bathroom with double sinks,a jacuzzi tub,stall custom-tiled shower, walk in closet and a separate exit to a private sunporch. A 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, a 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds and a 4th bedroom has a double bed. Each bedroom has a closet. There are ceiling fans throughout. The great room has a queen sofa sleeper, a fireplace, a fully furnished kitchen: stove w/4 gas burners,oven,dish washer, microwave, coffee maker,toaster,blender,dishes, glasses,cups, pots,pans,utensils,towels, bed linens,blankets,etc, to comfortably sleep 12 people. There is a large dining table,a TV,VCR,DVD,and hookups for all your toys. Just bring your sun tan lotion and enjoy the breath taking ocean & mountain views from our sundecks and balconies.
There are 2 adjacent apartments:Condo Luna1
downstairs,and Condo Luna 2 upstairs. Condo Luna 1 has 1 bedroom with 2 double beds and a queen softa sleeper in the living room,a dining table,private porch, and is fully furnished with all the kintchen and entertainment appliances. It has a bathroom with a stall shower that is with custom Mexican style tiling. It can sleep 6 people. Condo Luna 2 has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, a dining table and privatge balcony for star gazing or watching our famous sunsets. It also sleeps 6 people and has a tub/shower combo.
You can rent the main house,Casa Luna and the 2 apartments, Condo Luna 1&2 for a large family renunion to accomodate 24 guests, or the house or either apartment separately. !!Rent 3 consecutive nights,get the 4th night free, excluding holiday weekends.(see above).
Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer available only for long term stays of over 7nights.
Rental Unit will be blocked off from the calendar upon receipt of the deposit and 1/2 of the total rent. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to occupancy. Small pets approval depends on discretion of ower/manager before renting the property. Call with requests. Rental incentives available upon request. Call owner/manager for specials when applicable.
