Property Description

Our beach house is located on the North shore of Kauai Hawaii in the town of Hanalei, only two houses from the beach. Hanalei Bay is two mile wide with beautiful uncrowded white sandy beaches. The swimming, surfing, and boogie boarding are fantastic.

Our beach house, located on the Northshore in Hanalei Kauai Hawaii, is only two houses back from the beach. This is Hanalei Bay, a beautiful uncrowded white sandy 2 mile wide horseshoe shaped bay. The swimming, surfing, and boogie boarding is unbelieveable at this world class location. The Hanalei pier, at one end of the bay, rests at the mouth of the Hanalei river which is a great kayak adventure for a day. Take a leisurely walk from your room to the quaint town of Hanalei. You'll find a grocery store, restaurants and shopping.

Rates
The large one bedroom plus loft accommodates four ($259.00 night) and requires a 5 night min. stay. The one bedroom apartment($199.00 night) requires a 3 night min. stay. There is an additional room (queen bed) with private bath ($159.00 night). Stay for 7 nights or longer and receive a 10% discount! Daily maid service is not included, but is available for an extra fee. All rates are subject to existing Hawaii state tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. Check-out by 11:00a.m. Check-in after 2:00p.m. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Reservations 1(808)826-9333 A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking and the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Reservations of 3 days or less require payment in full at time of booking. Payments may be made by credit card or by check. A confirmation letter with directions and a credit card authorization form ( to be faxed, mailed, or E-mailed back), will be sent when the deposit is paid. Cancellations require a 30 day advance notice for a room credit (held for one year). Advance reservations will be required. A 60 day cancellation notice is required and balance payments are due 60 days before arrival for the months of June, July, August and December. Room credits are not issued when reservations are cancelled less than 30 days before arrival. The property makes no refunds for no shows or early checkouts. We reserve the right to charge a fee for damage, theft or units left excessively dirty.
